Once the tabletop material is selected, we meticulously process it according to the customer's specific order, whether it's basic stone (cutting, polishing, texture printing, glazing, and detailed polishing) or slate (cutting, polishing, edging, cleaning, and packaging). Hardware processing
In accordance with the order requirements, we will implement the following metal processing procedures to ensure product quality: Firstly, achieve precise cutting through raw material oil saw cutting; next, perform bending to carefully create the desired shapes. Then, based on the order specifications, determine whether perforation is required and conduct accurate hole punching as per the design requirements. Proceed with welding to ensure a robust connection between components. Subsequently, carry out polishing to achieve a smooth and consistent surface effect. Finally, undergo cleaning to ensure the finished product meets high-quality standards.
Plating
We employ various metal processing techniques for each order, including electroplating and painting. In electroplating, we start with thorough cleaning, followed by the electroplating process to enhance corrosion resistance and appearance. A sealing glaze process improves durability, and meticulous packaging ensures safe transportation. For painting, different cleaning methods are chosen based on desired effects. Acid washing yields optimal results, while sandblasting may lead to surface irregularities due to thinner raw materials. Our flexible approach ensures each order meets unique customer requirements with outstanding quality in the final products.
Testing
After completing the production of dining table components, our skilled personnel conduct a thorough inspection and installation check. This involves meticulously examining the quality of each part to meet high manufacturing standards.
